On July 10, 2025, Client was stopped for driving without a valid license and with an expired tag. Due to the Client already on probation for a prior cannabis possession case, this stop triggered a felony violation of probation. Attorney worked quickly to resolve the probation issue, assisted Client in obtaining a valid driver’s license, and then persuaded the State to dismiss the Driving While License Suspended charge entirely. Client avoided a new conviction and maintained compliance with probation.
