On March 14, 2025, police responded to a 911 call from an anonymous neighbor reporting screaming next door. Officers arrived to find minor abrasions on the client’s arms and back after an argument with his girlfriend that became physical when both started pushing each other. The client was accused of blocking her from leaving and was arrested for domestic violence battery instead of felony false imprisonment. Attorney had the client gather videos and other supporting evidence in preparation for defense. After review, the State dismissed all charges.
