No Valid DL

Client was charged with driving on a suspended license. If convicted of this his driver’s licenses would have been suspended for 5 years as a habitual traffic offender. I was able to help the client find out why his license was suspended, and help him with the steps to reinstate it. Once it was reinstated, I was able to negotiate with the State to amend the charge to no valid driver’s license charge so his license would not be suspended again.
