Client was charged with DUI and she was very nervous to attend court. We were able to get her DUI knocked down to reckless driving and she received a withhold (no conviction) on the reckless. The best part is client never had to physically attend court. We were able to resolve this all with a written plea so she avoided ever stepping foot in a courtroom.
