VOP Dismissed. Client reinstated to original probation. Client was 1 month into DUI probation. He was arrested out of county on DWLS charges. The client was held without bond for 23 days. I was able to convince the ASA that the 23 days was punishment enough and to just dismiss the VOP and put him back on probation.
