Client hit an off duty police officer’s car in a grass parking lot after watching the shuttle launch with a BAC of .16. Client lives in SC and was just down here for vacation and did not want to have to come back to FL to resolve case. We were able to negotiate a lesser DUI charge with a stipulated lower breath score so client would not have to get an interlock device installed and get permission for her to do mail in probation and enter a plea via video.
