Charge was amended to a civil infraction (Careless Driving) from a Racing on a Highway charge, which carries a mandatory driver license suspension. Was able to get a withhold of adjudication on the civil infraction as well. Client must pay fine of $197 and take a 4hr Basic Driver Improvement Course.
