Client accused of using his cousin’s credit card in January 2021 without permission, running up bills. Client was in Virginia and there was an active warrant in Polk County. Attorney hired. Client did not want to return to address warrant (as he’d be taken into custody, at least temporarily) and attorney eventually had to withdraw, as the case could ont proceed forward with client in VA.
