On September 26, 2022, client and wife were visiting Orlando and they got into an argument. Wife claimed client wouldn’t let her leave the room and pushed her, so client charged with False Imprisonment. Attorney got client into diversion program, but client later removed from program due to + drug test. Attorney withdrew when case put back on the trial docket and no contact from client.
