Client was charged with Driving While License Suspended while his DUI case was still pending. He needed this charge dismissed quickly so he could complete DUI diversion. After reviewing the records, we discovered that Client’s license was not suspended at the time of the stop and that the system was incorrect. We used this information to get the DWLS charge dismissed.
