Client was facing 2 felony VOPs and a F3 new law violation. After much litigation and negotiation, the State agreed to reinstate the probation on the two VOPs and credit for time served on a lesser included offense on the new law case. Client was taken off of community control and was to serve his remaining two years on regular probation with standard conditions.
