Violation of No Contact Order Dropped

Case Number: 2024-MM-408015-A-O
County: Orange

Client was charged with violation a no contact order put in place by a judge, but it was based on a lie. We argued to the court that client never broke the no contact order and that the other party was lying just to get him in further trouble. Ultimately, the judge didn’t believe our client, but the prosecutor did to a certain extent and after hearing our client’s testimony, decided to drop this case.
