On October 5, 2024, Client was accused of putting his brother in a chokehold and slamming his head to the ground during a family dispute at their mother’s home. Client maintained that he was pushed first and acted in self-defense. After obtaining a declination of prosecution from the brother, the State dismissed all charges, allowing Client to move on without a criminal record.
