On November 17, 2023, the Client was stopped by police while leaving “Cowboys” for crossing outside the crosswalk and was seen discarding a bag containing cocaine. Rather than risk a suppression hearing, our attorney secured the Client’s acceptance into a diversion program. After successful completion, the State filed a nolle prosequi, and the case was dismissed.
