The Client was accused of taking cash and tools from a former business partner’s car during a dispute following their failed business venture. The Client maintained that he only retrieved his own tools. After the defense demanded production of the alleged “video” evidence, the State dismissed the case when the complainant failed to cooperate. All charges were dropped, and the Client’s record remains clean.
