Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and we tried to get her into a diversion program. The State would not agree. Although client was scared of trial, we convinced her to set the case for trial because our investigations led us to believe our attorneys were more prepared than the State was. On the day of trial surely enough, the State did not have their witnesses and they were forced to drop the charges.
