On March 11, 2025, client was intoxicated and got into an argument with his wife, who claimed he grabbed her by the neck and choked her. He was arrested for battery by strangulation. Attorney promptly filed a motion to modify release conditions and coordinated with the State to secure a declination of prosecution. All charges were dismissed.
