Client was arrested for DUI and later charged with Driving on a Suspended License while the DUI case was still pending. Attorney explained to the prosecutor that Client misunderstood her license restrictions, leading the State to drop the license charge and keep her bond intact. For the DUI, we negotiated a reduction to Reckless Driving with no conviction, and Client never had to appear in court to finalize the agreement.
