Our Client was charged with DUI (marijuana) after consenting to field sobriety exercises and chemical testing. Despite suffering from leg and back injuries, the Client performed well on the sobriety exercises. The Attorney aggressively challenged the State’s case and took the matter to a jury trial. After just five minutes of deliberation, the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict. As a result, the Client was fully acquitted, released from custody, and avoided a DUI conviction. The Client also avoided a five-year driver’s license suspension and can now work toward reinstating their license and moving forward with their life.
