Parents Beware of Your Kids on Halloween Horror Nights

Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios is an amazing experience for parents and kids alike. Between September and November, Universal transforms itself at night into a land of haunted houses, crazy street experiences and some excellent shows. Tons of teenagers and young college kids love going to this event and it truly is a unique experience. On the other hand, over the years some kids and young adults have gotten out of control or have broken laws and have been arrested for theft, or trespass without warning.

PARENTS BE AWARE

Parents should be aware that if their children mess around or behave inappropriately, that not only will there be subject to exclusion from the park without refund, or being handed a non criminal citation, they could also face criminal penalties that have lasting ramifications. I have seen young adults and kids ruin their lives in the interest of having fun. Typical charges stemming from events at Universal Studios include theft, possession of alcohol under 21, trespass after warning and battery. While Universal Studios does a great job in securing the safety of its patrons, sometimes things happen out of their control such as people getting drunk, unruly or aggressive.

TALK TO YOUR KIDS BEFORE THEY GO!

Take the extra time to speak with your kids before they leave the house and remind them that while Halloween Horror Nights is fun, they need to be careful and responsible.

HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS IS AWESOME..DONT LET YOUR CONDUCT BECOME A NIGHTMARE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

If you or a loved one gets arrested at Universal on Halloween Horror Nights, and you are seeking information, give our lawyers a call.
