Gas station’s daily customer faces robbery and theft charges

Theft is the act of taking another person’s property with the intention of depriving the victim of that property. Police arrived at the scene and took witnesses’ accounts. According to the employees, they know the accused person even though he tried to conceal his identity. Employees stated that they recognized the accused person by his voice and clothing. After obtaining a search warrant, police went to the accused person’s house and arrested him. The man was charged with battery, aggravated assault and armed robbery with a firearm.
